The Rink Society is expanding in Chiang Mai, and we’re looking for Thai nationals or individuals legally able to work in Thailand who want to help build something meaningful through sport, community, and culture.

🔵Community Manager🔵
You’re the connector. This role is about bringing people together and keeping the community alive.
• Organize and support programs, sessions, and events
• Communicate with families, athletes, and partners
• Help shape a welcoming, inclusive culture where people want to belong
• Be present on the ground and represent TRS values every day

🟡Sports Coach🟡
You’re an educator first, coach second.
• Lead engaging, age-appropriate sessions across hockey and multi-sport environments
• Create a positive learning atmosphere focused on development, confidence, and habits
• Work with athletes of different ages and experience levels
• Help make sport fun, structured, and meaningful — not just drills and whistles

🔴Videographer / Content Creator🔴
You’re a storyteller.
• Capture training, games, events, and behind-the-scenes moments
• Edit short-form and long-form content for social media and marketing
• Help document the growth of our athletes and community
• Work closely with the TRS team to visually tell our story
